BIODYNAMIC CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) is a gentle, non-invasive, hands-on healing modality. It connects us to the central stillness place within us, which knows about pure health no matter what we are feeling on the outside. BCST creates a safe space for traumatic and embodied experiences to emerge and resolve smoothly. 

During the session, a light touch is applied to feel the movement of fluids in and around the Central Nervous System (CNS) as well as the blockages in different tissues and / or organs.

The healing concentrates on the infinite breath of life that is ignited at the beginning of inhalation and focuses on examining and sensing the wave-like rhythmic pulse or tide that goes through the entire body. As the work does not involve any spinal manipulation or adjustment. It works on all ages, as well as newborns. This therapy can help children to heal emotional, physical, and mental wounds. BCST also eases discomfort during pregnancy and/or after delivery for the mother and the newborn. 

This transformative treatment can alleviate painful conditions, recharge the vital energy, release negative blockages and improve sleeping patterns. This healing takes place remotely or in person. Please wear white or light colored clothing for this session.
